Our Founder
Founder & Director – Pankaj Singh Kushwaha
Pankaj Singh Kushwaha, Founder & Director of MedicFlow Solutions, brings over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare outsourcing, customer service, and legal process management.
He began his career as a Team Leader at Etech Inc, managing customer service and telesales operations for clients such as Bell South, Verizon, and Devry University. He later moved to C-Metric Solutions, where he played a key role in the legal process outsourcing domain, leading a 50-member team and setting up new client processes.
At Medusind Solutions, Pankaj worked as a Manager, specializing in Medical Records Management — with deep expertise in Medical Records Sorting & Organizing, Summarization, Medical Bill Review, Revenue Cycle Management, and AR services. He successfully managed large teams of 120–150 professionals and partnered with leading clients including IMX, MCMC, Occ Health, and Broadspire, consistently driving operational efficiency and delivering measurable results. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Pankaj applied Six Sigma principles to optimize efficiency, improve quality standards, and build sustainable process frameworks.
With a proven ability to build and scale operations, streamline processes, and deliver client-focused outcomes, Pankaj now leads MedicFlow Solutions with a vision to provide cost-effective, high-quality medical records management and summarization services to global clients.
